Questions are placed under five headings in order to organize questions within logical "frames" that move from the general to the personal. The items under "Vision and Values" and "Organizational Practices" fall within the purview of senior management and/or a corporate organization such as the Human Resources Department. Whereas, items under "The Person to Whom I Report" reflect behaviors under your manager/supervisor"s control and "My Workplace" reflect processes over which you share control with your manager/supervisor and your peers. Finally, the last five questions reflect your sense of your engagement in your work and with your organization.
Please Note: When answering these questions be as honest and clear with yourself as you can. Your results are for you only. Unless you choose to, your individual results will not be shared in the seminar.
